Playground Projects
Description
The Playground Project is a hypothetical exhibition organized by the Glenstone Museum curated around the concept of playscapes. Featuring Isamu Noguchi, Aldo Van Eyck, and Group Ludic, the exhibition highlights their exploration of playing and playground—an interactive behavior in a public space for children, adults, amateurs, and professionals. With a custom typeface inspired by the artists’ work as the capstone, the identity system celebrates playscapes by creating an open-ended playground for both the contents of the exhibition and the interaction with visitors. Utilizing new technologies, the exhibition invites the audience to explore different playing experiences in physical and virtual spaces actively.
