Description
Class of Gerwin Schmidt 2020–2021 contains 424 pages showcasing and analyzing the creative endeavors of 15 students and their respective projects. The collection contains editorial work, posters, animations, typefaces and most importantly the designer themselves.
In the process of designing I concentrated on going into depths with each work, treating them, like work important to be archived with all information necessary. Every aspect, from frame rates to X-heights, has been recorded to capture the essence of the labor invested in each project.
While the book itself stands as a pile of documents, the cover is silkscreened with white color on black carton. An additional feature is an opening that introduces the compilation, accompanied by a welcoming text authored by Professor Gerwin Schmidt.
