36 Days of Type 2021
Description
For the 2021 edition of the '36daysoftype', I took up the challenge of hunting for the sweet spot between my two passions of lettering and 3D modelling. I drew modular glyphs within the constraint of a 6 x 6 grid and brought them to life as 3 dimensional brutalist lego-esque sculptures. As an additional challenge, each letter sculpture is only complete when 2 forms fit just right.
This series was among the six winners that were awarded a one-year Creative Cloud subscription by Adobe, the official partners of 36 days of type.
