A Syllabics extension to the Lava Latin typeface family that achieves harmony between the two scripts, giving users the ability to set refined layouts in multi-script and isolated settings. The Lava Syllabics is built on a contrast model that allows for this harmony, while remaining true to the inherent structures of the writing system, and the expectations of the readership across the many Indigenous communities that use the Syllabics script. Available in an upright and cursive secondary style across 6 weights, Lava Syllabics offers a tool that provides typographic solutions not available by any other Syllabics typeface.
